The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. On the nose, it is closed and requires aeration. Then, it expresses precise aromas of green apple and citrus (lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit), associated with a touch of crunchy apricot, minerality (limestone, dry stone, rock), as well as with a hint of green pear, wild herbs and acacia. The palate offers roundness and gourmandise on the attack with flavors of white peach and juicy apricot, even a slight touch of vanilla and lime blossom in the background. In the mid-palate, we find flavors of acacia, ripe lemon, a touch of grapefruit and passion fruit in the background, as well as a very slight hint of toast and yeast. The finish is quite persistent, with good bitterness, flavors of ripe green apple and refreshing acidity.
