(Bottled in : 10/09/2021. 50.3%) The nose offers a nice mastered power, a small tension, complexity and finesse as well as a small creaminess coupled with an aerial side. It reveals notes of crushed peach, stewed apple and small notes of crystallized lemon associated with touches of zest, delicate hints of lemon blossom as well as a subtle hint of lime and beautiful hints of vanilla flowers / Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, delicate and offers a nice bright fruit, complexity, gourmandize, delicacy as well as a well-mastered power. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of caramel peach, lychee and small notes of crystallized lemon associated with touches of pâtisseries, salted butter caramel, tarte tatin as well as fine hints of vanilla, dried flowers, a delicate hint of tobacco and a subtle hint of peat (in the background).
