The wine has a pale ruby ​​color. The nose offers accuracy, a tangy, fresh and chiseled side. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, cranberries, fresh red currants, crushed raspberry and tangy strawberry, associated with touches of toast, smoke (in the background), toasted hazelnut, as well as sweet spices (sweet pepper, nutmeg, clove, liquorice). After aeration, we also find notes of blueberry and dried mint, associated with a hint of cocoa. The palate is straight, tight, but juicy, with a tangy fruity material. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, cranberries with a good bitterness, bird cherry, crushed raspberry and strawberry, associated with touches of smoke, toast, sweet spices (white pepper, nutmeg, liquorice), dried blueberry and dried herbs in the background. The tannins are fine, firm and slightly grippy. The finish is moderately persistent, with a lively acidity and a good bitterness and gourmandize of cocoa.
