The wine is clear and shiny. It has a beautiful cherry color. The initial nose is aromatic with stewed berries such as cherries and blackberries. There are also notes of roast with vanilla and toast. Cocoa and light coffee are also present, in a delicate way. With air it is smoky, with notes of undergrowth and black pepper as well as other spices. At the end of the nose, we smell leather and a little bit of pine sap. The tasting is fresh, suave. We find on the attack small black fruits stewed with vanilla. There is a nice acidity with smooth and present tannins. The mid-palate presents notes of undergrowth, blond tobacco and leather. The finish is light, tangy on plum and dried cranberry. It is powerful.
