The wine is clear and deep with a cherry color that has slightly purple reflections. The first nose is powerful on pepper, rose and tea. The second nose has the blackberry compote which takes over. The second nose is gourmand, round, sweet. Black tea is always present accompanied by sweet spices. The rose petals are more precise almost like a Turkish delight. It’s very fragrant. The attack is fresh, round and powerful. We find the organoleptic elements of the nose: black pepper, rose and tea. The tannins are smooth, vanilla flavored and fade quickly to let the mid-palate breathe. The plum then makes its appearance accompanied by sweet spices. The finish is floral with a hint of pepper and raisins. It is a gourmet wine with a sensation of light sweetness.
