This crémant has a beautiful clear and shiny color that tends towards straw yellow. The bubbles are numerous and dynamic. The nose is fresh and fruity with smoky minerality but also apples, pears and notes of melting apricot. When aired it is also intense. The palate is fresh with a nice salivating acidity. We still have minerality with a fresh and straight, almost chalky side. It’s fine and direct with notes of crunchy apple and crunchy white fruits. There is a nice vinosity. The finish is clean, perfect for food and wine pairings.
