This crémant has a pale straw yellow color. The bubbles are numerous and dynamic. The nose is fresh with fruit like green plum but also crunchy apple. We perceive a certain minerality which accompanies the minty freshness. With air, it’s a little more exotic and smoky at the same time. The palate is fresh with dynamic effervescence. We have juicy apple and pear. There is a lovely juiciness on the palate with a hint of bitterness which accompanies remaining touches of citrus. The finish is fine with a light floral note of jasmine.
