The nose is fruity, complex, aromatic, elegant and offers a small concentration and a certain righteousness. It reveals notes of strawberry, cassis and blackberry associated with touches of olive tree / grove, with fine notes of Zan as well as small touches of white truffle, blond tobacco, spices and oak. The nose opens slowly. The palate is fruity, straight, mineral, racy, elegant, complex and offers a fresh frame, a beautiful density as well as a silky and fleshy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry and cherry associated with touches of raspberry, blackberry, cassis, as well as slight notes of sweet spices (cardamom and a discreet note of nutmeg / clove), wood, olive, Zan and fine notes of tobacco. Tannins are fine, elegant and well built. Good length.
