The nose is elegant, fruity and aromatic. It reveals notes of strawberry, cherry and blackberry combined with a few notes of olive tree, slight / discreet notes of menthol as well as a touch of cassis and a hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, suave, fat, racy, elegant, harmonious, relatively gourmande and offers a beautiful acid frame acid and a small fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry, raspberry candy and cherry associated with small notes of blackberry, a fine note of saline minerality as well as slight notes of licorice, wood and slight notes of olives. Tannins are fine, elegant and slightly firm. Good length.
