The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The first nose expresses a precise mineral framework (saline, even iodized and limestone). Then, the minerality is complemented by notes of wild flowers, acacia, apple blossom, green apple skin, lemon zest, grapefruit and white peach. After aeration, we also find aromas of green pear, fresh hazelnut, nutmeg and smoke in the background. The palate offers straightness, freshness, good bitterness and salivating acidity. It expresses the flavors of green apple, green apple skin, grapefruit, lemon, a precise mineral framework (saline, iodine and limestone), as well as a hint of honey, dried wild flowers, fresh hazelnut and nutmeg in the background. Beautiful roundness, all freshness, with notes of crunchy yellow peach and tangy apricot. The finish is persistent, saline, with a nice acidity and a pleasant bitterness of grapefruit, combined with notes of dried flowers.
