The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose expresses delicacy, elegant floral scents (apple blossom, acacia, lemon blossom), as well as a juicy and gourmand hints of stone fruits (crunchy apricot, yellow peach) and exotic fruits (pineapple), associated with the liveliness of citrus fruits (yellow lemon zest, grapefruit) and a herbaceous touch of hay. We also perceive a very subtle spiciness (vanilla in the background, nutmeg) and dried fruits (fresh hazelnut, fresh almond). The palate is savoury, straight and chiseled, with a sharp lemon acidity and a racy minerality (limestone rock), enveloped in the juiciness of stone fruits (apricot, white peach). In the mid-palate, we find the flavors of candied lemon peel, ripe green apple, as well as grapefruit, hay, honey, hazelnut and fresh almond. The finish expresses limestone mineral notes, as well as lively acidity. A wine with a beautiful structure, accuracy and a certain complexity.
