The nose is fruity, incisive, powerful, slightly gourmand and slightly spicy. It reveals notes of dried orange zests, flowers and crystallized orange associated with touches of green lemon zests as well as hints of rancio, cigar box, cedar as well as slight hints of gray pepper and a slight hint of grilled oak. The palate is fruity, fleshy, gourmand, elegant, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame, a slight acidity, deepness as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized orange and slight notes of pear in syrup associated with a subtle hint of crushed vine peach, pâtisseries as well as a slight hint of licorice and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla.
