The foam is beautiful and reveals a very beautiful intense lemon yellow. The bubbles are fine. The nose is fresh and intense on yellow and exotic fruits. There is also a hint of vanilla. We have a nice minty freshness, white pepper, cream and a touch of almond as well as yellow apple on a background of toast. The mouth is fresh and direct, it is ample with a significant salinity on the attack. The aroma is intense on yellow fruits, evolved with touches of light curry, saffron, dried fruits such as apricot and candied orange. There is a nice complexity. The salinity continues in the middle of the mouth and the finish is salivating on the umami. The bubbles are fine and direct. The tasting ends with apricot kernel, dried plum, cherry and cranberry.
