Ivaldi Andrea Extra brut 2020 – Alta Langa Riserva

The nose is ripe, concentrated and juicy. It expresses the aromas of wild strawberries, morello cherries, red currants (even red currant jelly), raspberries, blood orange, peony, rose and cherry blossom. The mouth is straight, frank and chiseled. It offers the gourmandise of ripe red fruits (strawberry, morello cherry, raspberry, red currants), combined with a good bitterness of pink grapefruit, grapefruit peel, a hint of pepper (white pepper), as well as a touch of dried mint. Good length, lively acidity and a pleasant long bitterness on the finish.
