The nose is fine and relatively intense. It reveals notes of lily, blackberry and cassis associated with slight hints of blueberry as well as a touch of red berries/redcurrant. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, smooth, elegant and offers a beautiful matter, fat as well as a beautiful roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis jam, blackberry and Quetsche plum jam associated with slight notes of raspberry, redcurrant as well as slight notes of toasted oak and cacao. Tannins are well-built. Good length and beautiful aromatic persistence. The aftertaste is suave.
