(95% Zinfandel, 5% Petite Syrah) The nose reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and plum associated with a few notes of violet and spices (pepper, chocolate). The palate is fruity and balanced. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry and plum associated with hints of minerality, violets as well as touches of fig and chocolate on the finish. Tannins are fine and well made. Good length and persistence with toasted notes, notes of chocolate and vanilla.
