The nose reveals notes of black fruits, cherry, raspberry and spice combined with fine notes of truffle, leather, slight notes of mushroom as well as a few slight notes of cocoa (in the background), a fine woody touch and a discreet touch of vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, relatively juicy, precise, round, relatively fat and balanced. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum flesh and black cherry combined with a touch of cassis, cherry, mocha, oak and a slight note of Sichuan pepper. Tannins are fine. Good length.
