The nose is powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of strawberry, earth, cherry associated with slight hint of cassis and a hint of pepper (gray and Sichuan). The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively silky and offers juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry, raspberry and crushed Quetsche plum associated with slight spicy notes. Tannins are fine and silky. Good length.
