The nose is flowery and fruity. It reveals notes of cornflowers, lily and slightly blackberry associated with small touches of raspberry as well as fine hints of nutmeg and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, on the fruit and offers unctuosity, freshness, juiciness, minerality as well as gourmandize and pretty tangy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of currants, juicy / pulpy cherry and more slightly raspberry associated with a touch of juicy / tangy blackcurrant as well as fine hints of pepper, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of chocolate in the background). Presence of a fine hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence.
