The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a small freshness, gourmandize, a small richness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of crushed cassis associated with touches of small pulpy fruits as well as hints of cornflower, chocolate, toasted and a discreet hint of caramelization. Tannins are racy, finely firm and finely tight. A hint of cocoa and coffee on the persistence.
