The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers freshness and tangy fruit. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, crunchy strawberry, morello cherry, red plum and blueberry, combined with notes of fresh mint, basil, fresh thyme, balsamic and rose petals. The palate offers a tasty and silky attack, with a firm and slightly drying tannin structure, which is expressed in the middle and end of the palate. We find flavors of morello cherry, red plum, wild black plum, wild strawberry, crushed blackcurrant and tangy bigarreau cherry, combined with notes of fresh thyme, dried bouquet garni, roasted cherry, dried mint and balsamic cream in the background. The finish is tasty and persistent, refreshing, thanks to a lively acidity, which, with a chocolate touch, softens the dryness of the tannins.
