The nose is aromatic, elegant, and offers a beautiful definition and a certain complexity. It expresses notes of ripe/fresh almond, fresh/pulpy pear and small notes of kumquat, associated with fine touches of ripe quince as well as slight hints of a sense of place (local biotop) / fresh grove, a fine hint of fresh flowers, almost vegetal and slight hints of salinity. The palate is fruity and offers acidity, a beautiful energy, a mineral structure, tension, precision, a nice small fat, suavity as well as a beautiful aerial side in its matter and in the fleshiness of its fruit. It expresses notes of fleshy/juicy apple, luscious/juicy peach, and small notes of quince associated with touches of juicy/ripe pineapple, fine hints of small exotic fruits, as well as fine hints of toasted almond. Almost a discreet tannic hint in the aromatic and in the structure. A small iodized/saline side in the background. Beautiful acidity.
