The nose is aromatic and offers elegance as well as a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of wild berries and small blue fruits associated with touches of flowers, red fruits (wild raspberry, wild ripe redcurrant), nutmeg, tea, cardamom as well as a very discreet hint of scrubland and Timut pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, suavity, roundness, a good structure, gourmandise, dynamism as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy red berries and blackberry associated with small notes of cassis, chocolate, black cherry as well as discreet hints of caramelization and vanilla. Good length. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. There is an imperceptible hint of almond on the persistence.
