It reveals notes of violet, pulpy cherry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of cardamom, black olive and fresh balsamic as well as delicate hints of local grove and a hint of fresh pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, accuracy, gourmandise and fruit precision and offers a small side of pulpiness, it also offers a nice roundness and a fine side sweetness of fruit in the background. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of juicy/fresh cassis associated with touches of star anise, cardamom, toastiness as well as a subtle hint of fresh basil and tobacco. Good length. Tannins are precise, mellow and very discreetly firm. A hint of infusion.
