The nose is fruity and offers freshness and crunchiness. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh quince, juicy/ripe pear, small notes of ripe golden apple associated with fine touches of ripe kumquat as well as a very discreet hint of zests and an imperceptible hint of honey/bee wax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, precision and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy quince, fresh lemon, small notes of fresh/juicy apple associated with fine touches of juicy kumquat and a very fine hint of quenette. Good length and persistence.
