The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a very fine power and a little spicy/racy side. There are notes of blackberry, wild red berries and more lightly of spices associated with fine touches of clove and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, some roundness, fine tension and fluidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/crisp red berries, iris and more slightly peony combined with hints of juicy blackberry and fine clove and spice. A fresh, tense and spicy wine that offers crispness.
