Hubert de Boüard – Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 – Bordeaux

The nose is fruity, racy and offers minerality. It reveals notes of cassis, small rd berries and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of liquorice/zan as well as discreet hints of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a small juiciness, freshness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, black cherry and small notes of wild small red fruits associatd with small touches of liquorice, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of sugared mild tobacco. Good length.
