The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandise, a small elegance as well as a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, small crushed black berries and small notes of crushed cassis, strawberry associated with slight hints of flowers, cocoa, Zan as well as a very discreet hint of black olive, eucalyptus and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, well-structured and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition, a bit aerial side, a mineral frame, minerality, elegance, gourmandise as well as a certain finesse (but full of power). On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, small berries and small notes of crushed cassis, chocolate, liquorice associated with small touches of raspberry / strawberry, discreet hints of caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of scrubland and Sichuan pepper on the finish. There are hints of chocolate, black olive and Bourbon vanilla on the finish / persistence. Tannins are well-built. A beautiful, gourmand and well-built wine.
