The nose offers concentration and a small power. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of boysenberry, cassis and small notes of gray pepper associated with small touches of small berries, black cherry, Zan as well as very discreet toasted hints / spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers tension, a good guideline, a slight acidulous frame as well as a slight suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of plum, small black berry associated with touches of black olive, Zan, a hint of olive / eucalyptus as well as a very discreet hint of spices, dried tobacco and chocolate. Tannins are fine and very slightly dry. There are very discreet hint of caramelization and a hint of cocoa bean on the finish / persistence.
