The nose is fruity, mineral, chiselled, fresh, aromatic and offers a good definition as well as a nice small varietal side. It reveals notes of crunchy green peach, crunchy brugnon and small noble varietal notes associated with touches of fresh lily, sap candy as well as an almost acacia hint. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, a good definition, precision, a tangy frame, tension, gourmandize, a beautiful finesse, delicacy as well as a nice fineness of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lychee, juicy white peach and small notes of white flowers associated with touches of fresh lily, fresh acacia as well as a hint of iodine/saline. Good length. A nice small softness/chew on the finish/persistence. Beautiful complexity on the noble varietal. A subtle tannic hint both in the aromatic and in the structure/grain. Congratulations !
