Hibiki – Japanese Harmony – Suntory Whisky

The nose is very fruity, fine, straight and quite gourmand It reveals notes of ripe white fruits (brugnon, pear, litchi …), apricot and discreet hints of lemon zest / orange marmalade associated with a touch of caramelization, sandalwood and spices (discreet). The palate is fruity, quite straight and offers generosity, a fine acidity / freshness as well as unctuosity. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of fleshy green apple, orange, apricot and fleshy pear combined with slight hints of marmalade, honey as well as a hint of caramelization / sugar and an imperceptible hint of Japanese oak. Good length. A well-built, easy-drinking and full of “pleasure” Whiskey.
