The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, suavity, a small fat, freshness, a good definition as well as a small stretchy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy Mirabelle, quince, small notes of fleshy apple associated with small touches of pear, mandarine zests, orange dry zests as well as discreet hints of verbena, dry local grove and almond. Good length.
