The nose reveals a beautiful, well-balanced substance, slightly creamy with a certain gourmandise and a fine texture. We perceive notes of violet, creamy boysenberry, and slight notes of creamy strawberry, associated with touches of blueberry, mocha and a hint of roasting. The palate is fruity, fresh, mellow, supple and airy, with a fresh structure. There are notes of bright blackcurrant, creamy blackberry, and slight notes of juicy roasted cherry, associated with a touch of cornflower, zan and fine hints of tonka bean and nutmeg. Good length. Tannins are mellow and sapid. A subtle hint of crushed hazelnut. A slight almost roasted herbal/sage impression in the background.
