The nose is fruity and offers a fine richness as well as a fine freshness. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blackberry and small notes of fleshy / juicy strawberry combined with very slight hints of small blue fruits, cornflower, very slight toasted hints, spices as well as a subtle hint of camphor, cocoa and an imperceptible hint of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, a bit supple and offers freshness, a good definition, an acidulous frame, tension, a fine straightness as well as a small gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with fine touches of small blue fruits as well as slight hints of cherry, very slight hints of liquorice, camphor, racy minerality and very discreet hints of cocoa. An imperceptible/very discreet hardness (from oak) on the finish. Tannins are very slightly firm. Good length and persistence. Suavity and sapidity on the finish / persistence.
