Heresie 2022 – AOP Corbières

The wine is pale with a light straw reflection. The nose is fruity and mineral with notes of white smoke, white peach and white grapes. We perceive some nuts such as almond but also flowers such as syringe and acacia flower which brings roundness to a spicy aspect, type white pepper, aromatic. The palate is fresh with a tangy frame and minerality. There is straightness, like a line of conduct to follow, with an aromatic development that winds around this balanced structure. There are notes of crisp white peach, pear, juicy apple as well as fine touches of minerality and hints of aromatic herbs. We still perceive the almond that accompanies lemon blossoms and fresh lemon juice. Pretty and mention for the iridescent label which proves a research not only inside the bottle but also outside.
