The nose is mineral. It reveals notes of fleshy red berries, wild blackberry and a touch of cherry combined with hints of strawberry, discreet hints of tonka bean, zan, olive tree as well as an imperceptible touch of sweet spices, vanilla and almond. The mouth is juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers good definition, suavity, precision, a beautiful structure as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy red berries, red cherry and small notes of fleshy blackberry associated with fine touches of strawberry jam, garrigue, racy minerality as well as discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible touch of Cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are well-built.
