The nose is fruity and offers a quite ripe fruit and power. It reveals notes of crushed wild cassis, crushed black blackberry, small notes of violet, crushed raspberry associated with small touches of crushed blueberry, liquorice stick, black olive as well as subtle hints of sense of the place/eucalyptus and an imperceptible hint of rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, juicy blackberry, small notes of small crushed black berries associated with small touches of crushed blueberry, crushed wild black plum, liquorice stick, a racy minerality, local copse as well as a very discreet hint of chocolate (in the background). Tannins are very fine and finely dry.
