The nose is fruity, aromatic, elegant, structured and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of rose, small red fruits and wild berries associated with hints of spices as well as an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, perfectly balanced, specific and offers tension, an aerial side as well as a beautiful freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of raspberry, redcurrant and small wild berries associated with hints of blueberry, caramelized oak as well as a very discreet hint of liquorice and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and elegant. Good length and very beautiful persistence.
