The nose is elegant, aromatic, complex and offers delicacy as well as a captivating / subtle side. It reveals notes of boysenberry, rose and small notes of wild redcurrant associated with small touches of small red plum, lily as well as hints of vanilla, fresh nutmeg and a hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, all in delicacy and offers a beautiful freshness, juiciness, a beautiful acidulous frame, a small flowery side, a small fat as well as a fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of boysenberry, crushed/pulpy cassis and small notes of fleshy/pulpy redcurrants associated with touches of rose, lilac, fresh/juicy red plum as well as hints of tonka bean, rosewood and a subtle almost bergamot hint. Tannins are precise, elegant and supple. A beautiful job on the bitterness (in the background).
