The nose is aromatic and offers intensity, a certain power as well as a fine and powerful grain. It reveals notes of Garriguette strawberry, bright blackberry and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with touches of lily, violet, nutmeg as well as a subtle hint of graphite, Bourbon vanilla and a very discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco. The mouth is beautifully fresh, juicy, fruity and offers gourmandize, sapidity, a beautiful volume, energy, a nice focus on the fruit, delicacy, a nice saline character, a small flowery side as well as a beautiful brightness/juiciness/freshness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright raspberry, bright cherry and small notes of Quetsche plum associated with touches of rose, small juicy/fresh berries as well as fine hints of sweet blond tobacco, chocolate and toast. A very discreet almost caramelization hint. Tannins are precise, elegant, structuring and finely mellow. A small chew on the aftertaste.
