The nose is fruity and offers a certain aromatic power. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy wild strawberry, and more slightly slight hints of fresh iris associated with touches of star anise, violet, and slight hints of clove. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, as well as certain brightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, tangy/fresh plum, and more slightly notes of fleshy/pulpy red fruits associated with touches of iris, lily, and mocha as well as a subtle hint of toast. Good length. Sapidity and suavity on the finish/persistence. A very discreet hint of good bitterness on the finish.
