(Syrah, Grenache, Carignan) The nose is fruity and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of small crushed wild red berries, fleshy wild raspberry, small notes of cassis associated with touches of violet, fine hints of dry local copse/garrigue, a discreet hint of olive tree and a hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral and offers suavity, a small fat, dynamism, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame and a certain aromatic purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, small crushed wild red berries, small notes of juicy cassis associated with touches of lily, violet, hints of garrigue, a discreet hint of liquorice stick and a subtle hint of mild tobacco/black olive. Good length. A very discreet hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
