It reveals notes of fresh quince, yellow apple and small notes of yellow plum/Reine Claude associated with very discreet hints of fresh citrus and a discreet hint of dry fresh grapefruit zests and an imperceptible hint of butter brioche. The mouth is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful freshness, a very small aerial side, a beautiful definition, a beautiful/elegant acidity as well as tension and harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous quince, acidulous Reine Claude plum, green apple skin, a subtle hint of roasted pineapple associated with discreet hints of racy minerality and imperceptible hints of bee wax/nutmeg. Good length. An imperceptible almost saline hint in the background/finish.
