Haute Densité du Château de Tracy 2015 – Pouilly-Fumé

The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a beautiful fleshiness, generosity/gourmandize, a small richness (but all in elegance) as well as a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of pear, nectarine and small notes of juicy citrus (lemon, tangerine) associated with fine touches of pear as well as a very discreet hint of exotic fruits and an imperceptible hint of white flowers. The palate is elegant, delicate and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, richness (but all well-balanced and elegance), delicacy, suavity, a beautiful precision, gourmandize, a very finely tight material, a small aerial touch, a beautiful guideline as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy/crunchy vine peach and small notes of litchee/quenette associated with touches of apple, zests, juicy tangerine as well as very discreet hints of flowers, exotic fruits and minerality. Good acidulous persistence. Good job and beautiful wine!
