The nose is aromatic, fruity and offers a certain generosity. It reveals notes of Gariguette strawberry, redcurrant acidulous candy, small notes of cherry associated with small touches of violet, juicy blueberry as well as hints of liquorice, white pepper and fresh flowers. The palate offers gourmandize, generosity as well as fat, a fine acidulous frame, fullness and a very discreet saline minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis acidulous candy, redcurrant acidulous candy, cherry, small notes of cherry blossom associated with touches of violet, crushed blackberry as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla pod/spices (in the background). A wine on fullness and on the fruit.
