It reveals notes of fresh blackcurrant, fresh raspberry and slight notes of cornflower and star anise. The palate is tangy, fruity and offers a certain burst of fruit, nice energy as well as dynamism. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy cherry, raspberry and slight hints of bright berries associated with touches of cornflower, bright flavours of blueberry, star anise as well as slight hints of nutmeg and toast. Presence of an imperceptible hint almost sappy/fresh sap (in the background) and a fine chewiness on the finish/persistence.
