The nose is beautifully fruity, deep and tasty. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, rose and small notes of small notes of brilliant raspberry, associated with touches of pink pepper, infusion, fine hints of small blue fruits and a subtle hint of thyme and licorice. The palate is well-built, supple, pulpy and gourmand with an tangy frame, a lovely pulpiness and mellowness of fruit, roundness and a certain fatness. It expresses notes of crushed strawberry, pulpy raspberry and more lighly, pulpy plum, associated with touches of vanilla, toast and tobacco as well as camphor, thyme, infusion hints and a subtle hint of orange. Silky and delicate. Good length. A nicely textured, pulpy and silky wine with fine hints of chocolate in the background and a nice bitterness on the finish/persistence.
