The first nose is fresh with some blackcurrant and sweet spices. There is also a hint of black pepper. The second nose is more smoky with cooked dark fruits. The mouth is aromatic with black pepper, blackcurrant and some vanilla. The finish is long, with tannins that are soft but persistant. The aromas are staying and evolving with black berry, rose and a little vegetal touch of sap.
