The nose is fruity, fresh, racy and has a certain energy. There are notes of fleshy peach, fresh pear and more lightly fresh kumquat combined with a hint of yellow plum and fine hints of flowers and terroir. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, gourmandise, a nice acidic structure and good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy peach, pear and more slightly fleshy apple combined with hints of lemon, fine hints of tart/juicy mirabelle plum as well as fine hints of toasty/fresh oak and a subtle hint of saltiness and fresh hazelnut. Lovely freshness, definition and persistence.
