The wine shows a pale ruby colour with garnet hue. The nose is open and flattering with notes of sweet spices, stewed cherries, rose petals, dried herbs and a touch of smoked meat. The palate reveals nice freshness and fruitiness with chalky but relatively smooth tannins. The wine is slightly muted on the palate, notes of red berries and spices come in the echo. The finish is refreshing and slightly drying.
